Project Management Excellence

At DIS/CREADIS, we offer Project Management services, a unique approach to project management that puts people, the customer, the team, and the investment at the forefront.

Our approach is grounded in five decades of best practices in project management, encapsulated in manuals and textbooks like PRINCE2, the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PM BoK), ISO standards for risk & quality management, The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Manual, Management of Portfolios (MoP), Management of Risk (MoR), and the Managing Benefits manuals. However, our methodology goes beyond these manuals, incorporating 15 years of research to create a unique approach that emphasizes the human element in project management.

Project Management: The Key to Effective Strategy Execution

We view project management as the bridge between a humble project and a mighty strategy. It is a way of thinking, a unifying language, and the craft and art of safely transforming a change idea into a sound investment that achieves strategic goals. In essence, project execution is strategy execution. Therefore, consistent project management success is crucial to achieving strategic goals and preventing your valuable strategy from going to waste.

Commitment to Careful Planning and Risk Assessment

Many projects falter due to a lack of proper planning and risk assessment from the outset. At DIS/CREADIS, we are dedicated to ensuring that every project is set up for success from the very beginning. Projects do not fail abruptly or without warning. Instead, they collapse due to overlooked risks that lead to a “blood-red failure curve,” characterized by mounting stress levels throughout the project. Our experience has taught us that hastily rushing through initial phases significantly increases the likelihood of project failure. Consequently, a structured project start is crucial to ensure the success of any project.

Our project managers prioritize identifying and defining each project’s value chain and associated risks. By doing so, we create the optimal conditions for achieving the project’s goals efficiently and effectively.

Catering to Your Project Management Needs with Excellence

Whether you’re looking to bolster your internal project management capabilities or need a dedicated team to handle an engineering project, our Project Management Excellence services are designed to meet your needs. We are committed to helping you achieve your strategic goals and ensuring your projects are a success.
